Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you purchased at Gemlavi.com, you can return it within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or within 60 days for an exchange. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All refunds will be made within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. You will be refunded in the manner you paid for your purchase. If the item was a gift, you may exchange it or receive a Gemlavi.com gift certificate for the total value of the item not including shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.
Any merchandise that has been personalized, modified, resized (by jewellers other than Gemlavi.com), that has been damaged or that shows signs of wear will not be accepted for refund. All merchandise improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
We are committed to selling only first quality merchandise. However, should you receive a faulty item, please notify us at return@gemlavi.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping costs for returned items are at the sender's expense. We will refund shipping only if there was an error on our part or if the merchandise delivered was faulty. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return merchandise for refund, exchange or replacement, please e-mail us at return@gemlavi.com or call our toll free number, 1-866-900-LAVI (5284). Give us your order number and state the item you wish to return. Within 48 hours you will receive instructions on how to return your order and you will receive a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN), which you will write on your return package. Any items returned without a RAN will not be accepted for refund. Include your receipt as well as all original packaging and documentation in your return package.
For "Exchanges", we will place the new order once we received and inspected the returned merchandise. However, please notify us in advance of the item you wish to receive in exchange so we can have it ready for shipping upon reception of the returned item.
